2022 Annual General Meeting - TIME CHANGE

The 2022 A.G.M. is at 09.00am on SATURDAY 12th November (Please note the time). The AGM has until this year been on a Sunday, but it often clashed with Remembrance Sunday reducing the number of members who could be present so from this year forward it will be on a Saturday. Invitations will follow shortly, by email to those with email addresses and by post to those without. This will also include your membership renewal.

In the meantime, if anyone has any proposals for the club they wish to be raised at the AGM, please submit them to the committee by Friday 4th November. Anything submitted later will not be considered as there will be no opportunity to discuss the proposal at the last committee meeting (5th November) before the AGM.

The list of club officer nominations will be on the noticeboard from Tuesday, if you wish to be more involved with the club then please consider putting your name down for a position. Please DO NOT put someone else's name on the sheet without their knowledge and agreement. A club cannot function for long with one or two people doing everything, it has to be a concerted effort led by a full committee so please be involved.
