St Chads BC wins RAL (Pegrum) League
St Chads BC are the winners of the 2024 RAL (Pegrum) league.
Well done to everyone who played in the RAL this season. We last won the RAL (Pegrum) league in 2021 and this year it was the final game against Clementswood that was the clincher. Clementswood were the league runners-up.
On Monday 19th August St Chads BC will play against the winners of the RAL (West) League, Buckhurst Hill, at Buckhurst Hill at 14.30pm. Clementswood will, at the same time, play the runners-up of the West League, Plashet Park.
If anyone wants to come along to watch and support, we are meeting at the club at 1pm. Parking isn't easy at Buckhurst Hill so we take as few cars as possible but players get seat priority. Buckhurst Hill are laying on food afterwards but there is a cost of £5 for visitors (or bring your own).
On Thursday 22nd, we would like to get a photo of everyone who took part in the RAL this year. If you were one those players then please be at the club by 2pm (in club dress) and we do the photo before the afternoon roll-up.
