New season has started!

The new 2017 season has started. We had a good turnout for the opening drive on Saturday 29th April and the weather was dry if a little chilly when the sun went in. At the moment the green is still cut at 6mm and a little heavy and straight but we will lower the cut to 5mm soon and with good maintenance to keep the thatch down it should get quicker. The men's first game is on Wednesday 5th May at 6pm, a home game against Hainault. For the ladies, their first is a Mary Barnes home game at 2.30pm against Old Dagenham.
