Annual General Meeting 14^th November 2021

Dear member, You are invited to attend forthcoming Annual General Meeting at the clubhouse on Sunday 14th November 2021, starting at 10:00am. Any proposals for the meeting need to be submitted the Club Secretary by email or letter no later than 31st October. The list of officers positions is pinned to the notice board in the club, please submit your name if you wish to stand in any of the positions position and ask for a proposer and seconder. Whether or not you think the club is run well, bad or in-between, if you can offer your time, ideas and expertise to the club and can help to make the club better then please put your name forward. We would particularly like someone who can help with or organise member recruitment. Your invitation to renew your membership will have been sent by email to you already or you will receive it by post. If, for whatever reason, you do not receive your renewal invitation, you can pick up a form at the AGM. All subs for 2022 are due by 31st January. If you are unable to attend the meeting, then please send apologies to the club secretary by 13th November (either call 07710 620729 or email bdowley@outlook.com).
